The condition of this bottle is excellent. Cranberry coloured glass is utterly exquisite. Elegant. Pale rose toned. Striking contrast with the gold. Beautifully contoured bottle with dauber. There are no chips, cracks, and the dauber stem is fully intact. Fittings are fine. Great beaded collar. Interior has traces of perfume. There is a tiny bit of paper on the interior of the bottle marked XX 2. of which, I have no idea.
Acid etched gold decoration around the base is superb. Bold. Clean and sleek. There is no loss to the gold. The DeVilbiss name is crisp, bright, and clear. There are no apologies to this perfume bottle that I can detect.
If you are a collector of DeVilbiss, or art glass perfumes, this small bottle would make a fun, exciting, and dazzling piece to display. OT16
